Label Applicators for Any Craft Beverage

Most mid- to small-size breweries average runs of a couple hundred cases. These can be easily handled by one of our automated label applicators from Pack Leader USA. The PL-501 label applicator is the industry standard and can handle from 40-60 products per minute depending on the diameter of your can or bottle and your filling speed. Just add the PL-501 on your production line and start labeling!

Features include:

A production preset function that means the machine automatically stops once the predetermined quantity of products has been labeled.
The label count feature lets you precisely track progress at any point during the production run.
The container/production run counter lets you see the exact production number for the day.
The PL-501 features a touchscreen control system with job memory. So, even after the machine sits idle for long periods, you benefit from a battery-free microprocessor control system that stores default settings. Up to 30 settings can be stored for future use, so you don’t have to waste time re-entering the necessary information.
The PL-501 can be easily and conveniently moved to other production areas, allowing for changes in production or products.
The height of the machine’s conveyor is adjustable, affording you exceptional convenience and flexibility.
All Pack Leader USA labelers are made of 304 stainless steel and anodized aluminum. This extremely durable metal is specially treated to guard against rusting and other effects from harsher environments.

Do you need date coding?

The final piece for a complete labeling package is to add a date code to your beverages after labeling. Weber has two different systems to help you meet this requirement. Our Markoprint XJet TIJ ink jet coders use small HP ink cartridges and allow you to print your date codes right on the label. These can be mounted directly on the PL-501 label applicator for a compact footprint.

And our flagship BestCode CIJ ink jet coders can add codes to the bottoms or sides of your beverages as they come down the production line. With our different models, you ca add one, two or up to four lines of code (most only need one). Easy-to-use with large color touch screen interface, the BestCode has a one button start-up and can add consumables on the fly.
